I do not know the details of this error.
However, It is clear that gmp-4.1.2(distributed by Cygwin) is the cause.

The evasion method is recompiling cyggmp-3.dll using 'gcc --shared'.
It can be downloaded using Cygwin NetInstaller from my site.
