upper case in program-id's. This reduces the likelyhood that
you inadvertently call a C library routine :-)


First off, is there any way to get this list to set "Reply To" to "address@hidden"? When I hit reply it always addressess the sender and not the list.

Anyway, can you point me to where in the standard it talks about user names being lower case? I can't find it.
