I also e-mailed TSH-World yesterday. I received a response today saying
they're going to release a new version of OCESQL, hopefully next month.
It'll have a new COBOL data type "PIC X VARYING" enabling one to handle
VARCHAR and TEXT PostgreSQL data types.
