[Gnucomm-privacy] How to collaborate

Hello everyone.
Since its birth, I always looked to the new GNU Free Call.
I would like to collaborate, to give an help to the project, and for study 
purposes.
I'm not an expert programmer, but  I know a little of c, python and bash 
scripting.
I read the wiki, but I haven't found how partecipate, much less a git 
repository.
So, how can I partecipate? Thanks, matrobriva
