[gnugo-devel] Tristan's patch

I've added Tristan's new file to the CVS. I renamed it
engine/readconnect.c. I took the liberty of changing
depth to connect_depth throughout the file in order
to avoid a conflict with global with the same name.

The file compiles and link.

Tristan, how do you think we should test this? I would
propose that we first write a gtp function that calls
this code then test it on some regressions until it seems
to be clearly working.
