[gnugo-devel] Timing results

I tested the experimental semeai and influence code for time by
running semeai.tst and seeing how long they took.

With alt. and exp. connections           2187 sec
alt and exp conn. and exp. influence     2550 sec
alt and exp conn. and exp. semeai        2249 sec

The experimental influence has a penalty of about 16   %.
The experimental semeai has a penalty of about     2.8 %

Of course further testing is needed to see if this is
consistently followed.
