 - Adds EXPERIMENTAL_READING to config.vc(in)
 - Updates makevcdist.pl
 - corrects owl.c broken by previous patch

After installing this patch, please change the makevcdist.pl file
to have Unix-style end-of-lines.

makevcdist.pl morphs config.h.in into config.vcin.  Perhaps 
running this script should be made a part of the standard 
distribution process?

The VC builds are broken without this patch to config.vcin

Please drop me an e-mail when this patch is applied, as I'd
like to kick off a build on my HTML regression box.
