[gnugo-devel] Auto generated tests update

This fixes two (I believe) incorrect tests in the auto generated test
suites.  It also renumbers auto04.tst and auto_handtalk.tst.

The tests are currently auto04:11 and auto_handtalk:7.

Also, auto04:8 was passing but getting marked as a fail for reasons
unclear to me. This fixes it, but I'm not sure if this is the right way.
