I posted this patch as cosmic_5_1.2.

I won't add it to the CVS just yet.

I made one modification: although cosmic is now a command
line option, it is still a configure option. That is, you
can make a binary for which it's the default with
'configure --enable-cosmic-gnugo'.

This required changing just two lines of code from
Stephane's patch.
