Absolutely. I'd recommend every GUI writer to give such information to
the users. But GNU Go does not care if its opponent has resigned and
adding a no operation GTP resign command would not improve matters.

Doesn't seem to work on my Debian unstable Iceweasel (Mozilla/5.0
(X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20101209
Iceweasel/3.5.16 (like Firefox/3.5.16)) and I don't find what variable
to touch for enabling websockets.
