Christoph,

thanks a lot ! I added that as a baseline for our table. The
idea is to run a script every night to update that table from
the names actually in use in the demographics database.

@all: Mini Project:

- Python script that attaches to the database
- per firstname compile gender freqency stats
- discard all firstnames with distribution between, say, 30-70%
  (eg. exclude ambiguity)
- update/insert remaining firstnames into name_gender_map
- leave alone other entries already in there
