"The Data may be imported into the Database used by the Software" covers the 
importation of the ascii data files.

We will not be altering the data, modifying it, adapting itor dissassembling 
it (ie breaking up the component fields into peices), that I can see. 

Mims doesn't seem to see any conflict with these two differnet wordings, 
Having worked with the data myself for many years there has never been an 
issue as to how you construct your data tables, or how you display the data, 
as long as it is accurate.

Anyway, will await others comments, Horst didn't seem concerned at this.
