I would acknowledge that, in the EMR Journal, the Happened is expressed as YYYY-MM-DD and the Narrative is displayed as YYYY-MM-DD TT:TT:TT despite that my Locale is set differently, however in the patient banner the date of birth is expressed as
21/03/31
and likewise in a text header of the report "Born:" is 21/03/31 and in the footer the Exported: date is Mon 22 Jun 2009 05:12:47 PM
