Here are some ideas for better managing this:

1) allow the windows as shown/referenced in window docks to better show the
name of the related patient. Presently the most that a user is shown in some
docking bars is

        GNUmed [Dr.L.McCoy…

whereas what would be more useful would be the name of the *patient*. So I am
wondering whether the string in the GNUmed title bar could be altered from

        GNUmed address@hidden Default] <patient name>

to

        GNUmed: <patient name> address@hidden Default]

and if the above is being modified can the code insert a space between the
prefix (Capt. Mr. Mrs.) and the first names?

2) typically, too many applications have windows instantiated to allow enough
of their titles to be readable in the dock. Typically one can, in Gnome, see
only

        GNUm....

however the GNUmed instances can be dragged into a different workspace which
would then allow more of their titlebars to be read.

3) Can wxPython or Python be aware of the multiple instances of GNUmed in order
to make them navigable among each other by inserting in the GNUmed menu system
after "Office" and before "Help", a menu "Window" that would list

        GNUmed: Capt.? Spock
        GNUmed: Capt. James Tiberius
