(you should configure your system to know an editor for
LaTeX and/or text files)
... that is not the problem. Another thing GNUmed tries to
show you the LaTeX document before printing ...

... but that seems to fail, too.
Now, can you check whether
- "pdflatex" is in the PATH
- the PDF file
"c:\users\vaibhav\appdata\local\temp\gnumed\gm-nflwyi\gm-L-Template-qyj1u0\gm-L-Template-qyj1u0-instance..pdf"
exists
That will help us decide how to improve the experience on
Vista. All this is no problem under Linux. Also, I believe
it is known to work under other Windows variants given
proper configuration.
