DGPS requires an external correction input stream.  You are not really
getting DGPS without it.  Some GPS, for stupid backward compatibilty
reasons, mistakenly set the DGPS flag when they are getting a WAAS
corrected signal.

BTW, please keep the gpsd-users in the Cc:, so others may also follow
along.
