maybe you should give a little bit more informations....

First, which version of grdesktop did you use? Have you installed the
rdesktop binary, and is it in the search path?

You can find also a debug file under /tmp/grdesktop.$(pidof grdesktop).log.
Maybe you find theire any relevant informations.

Can you connect to the specific ip/host if you use rdesktop direct?
