guile-statprof now available as a cvs module.

It's still very simple, but it seems to work somewhat, so I've
committed it to CVS as the top-level module guile-statprof.  I
encourage anyone interested to check it out, and let me know how it
goes, and yes, believe it or not, there is documentation (in the
README).

Also, I don't know if it would be appropriate to add it to the main
top-level guile CVS checkout module (if there is one).
