This is from the top of the msgpack source tree:
$ grep -rI zlib
include/msgpack/zbuffer.h:#include <zlib.h>
include/msgpack/zbuffer.hpp:#include <zlib.h>

Should we do string substitution to provide the abolute path to the zlib
headers?
