Essentially there’s a ‘wip-deploy’ branch with early code and probably
mailing list discussions about how this should work.

Note however that ‘guix deploy’ is intended primarily to deal with
upgrades of existing GuixSD deployments, I think.  IOW, it’s like ‘guix
system reconfigure’ rather than ‘guix system init’.
