[Gzz] Tuukka 2002-11-04 (ImageCellContentView for PP)

With mudyc, I tried to understand how to show in PP images from 
Mediaserver blocks. I needed to touch SimpleImageScroll.java to add 
support for mstmpimg system, and GLSpans.java to make it work with 
SimpleImageScroll.

Further, I added ImageCellContentView.java and support for it in
MultitypeCellContentView.java and Gzz.py. But I couldn't 
read from pagespanview.py how to place a GLSpans.Rect to a VobScene, so 
ImageCellContentView is not ready yet.

I added to genimages.pl code which strips png file blocks into mstmpimg.  
Currently, there are only two png blocks in Mediaserver, in the public
pool. They are both the same photograph from a Free Dmitry demonstration.
