[Gzz] Asko 2002-11-13 (non-null-string-bug)

 - As ibid urged me to specialize char_traits-template I learned it and
   now there should be a failing test for non-null-strin-bug. According
   to Benja, it failed with his VM. The other jnistrtests using
   the "new" conversion functions did not fail.
 - Browsing some /Documentation (and installed progs to handle its docs)
 - G400 from the office works now in my home computer and GZZ compiles
   -> might work half-day home (before the lunch) for now on
