[H-source-users] i18n update - Static pages & Portuguese.

Hi guys (and girls if any),

I've been kind of busy lately becoming a dad, it an amazing experience
but also to let you know that the i18n for Static Pages it's been
updated since the middle of September, so if any current translation team
member want to update the content, it would be a great moment to do it.

Also for newcomers to the list, we are working on the
(Brazilian)Portuguese language with the participation of André M.
Alvarenga. Most of the communication done when
working on a new language release it's made directly between translators
involved, so if anyone is interested on new languages for h-node, don't
stop visiting the i18n wiki[0] for information about the current
process, suggestions and commentaries are welcome.
