Problem finding correct FTP address for current Flex download

I am trying to find the most current Flex download.
The link I keep finding is as follows:
ftp://ftp.uncg.edu/people/wlestes/

However, when this is used, I get "FTP Folder error: Windows cannot access
this folder. Make sure you have typed the file name correctly and that you
have permission to access the folder.  Details: The FTP session was
terminated."

Can someone help me with this problem?
