CONDO DESCRIPTION
Cuesta del Sol is a
ten-unit condominium complex located in David , Panama and will appeal to
clients looking for a secure adult vacationing complex. The plan has been
designed by Golda Gomez, a young progressive architect living in David. The
condominiums are contemporary in layout; yet feature a traditional external
appearance. All are single level for convenient access.
The property is located only one-half kilometer from the city center, yet has a lovely rural setting. It is near the Rio David and over looks a small valley with a mountain view to the northeast. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, plus a pharmacy, health unit, convenience stores and church.
The units are of masonry construction with anodized aluminum
windows with integral security bars. The internal design features ceramic tile

The street side features an elegant wall with a fountain and the entire complex is fenced and gated, with automatic gates to the covered parking area and one parking stall per suite. The attractive central courtyard features a swimming pool, well-lit tiled common area and treed gardens and a gazebo with barbeque area.
Cuesta del Sol will have a resident site-manager to ensure the ResidentÂ’s needs are taken care of and the facility is well maintained. Cleaning or laundry services will also be available to the owners. There will be a condominium association to oversee the administration and shared common services that are required by the complex.
