Again: Problem with global

Hallo again!

Ok, here's a little description of the source tree I use.

There is a directory /projects, where everything starts. There are
directories and symbolic links within it, with depth >= 1.
The links point to some mounted device.

So it looks like:


/projects -----somedir1------ symlink1
            |            |
            |            |----symlink2
            |
            |--symlink3
            .
            .
            .

I'd like to add a directory /projects/globaldb where all tag information of
all directories under /project resides.
