I have no problems displaying the images inside Emacs, only creating thumbnails 
with image-dired or thumbs display mode. I found out that there are two 
"convert" programs on Windows XP, one for the DOS-style command window and the 
other the ImageMagick utility. I am wondering if that might have something to 
do with this issue.
