Hi,
first congrats to this master piece of software! It really produces great
output.
I can imagine you receive a lot of wishlist items, as everybody does
different things with it. Take it as a sign of the flexibility of your
software ;)
When adding multiple Stanzas to a song, I would like to be able to add a
stanza number in front of the lines, or a short word, like "refrain"
====|==o=
===o==|==
1. In a
2. So long
etc. This requires alignment of the first word just as is, and adding a
small block of text (right justified) to the start. Is this already
implemented? I couldn't find something that'd would obviously enable me to
do that, neither in the reference manual nor in the examples. As a
work-around, one could probably make room with a "s4" note, but I think this
a bit is counter the philosophy of the mudela format. I think something
like a prefixString property is more appropriate...
The other thing I would wish for is documented, and that is that the Lyric
mode __ extends to the start of the next note. I would rather have a method
that extends it to the end of the last note. This can be work-around by
halving the last note in the lyrics and using _ as the text for the second
half, but again this is layout infiltring the abstract mudela format.
Maybe mudela allows to program some macro to automate one or the other work
around... but as this is my first day with mudela, I thought I would rather
ask before digging to deep for these small details...
Thanks,
Marcus
