[Help-gnu-radius] Problem with builddbm.

Hello,

        This is my first time with gnu-radius and Im getting a strange error
message when running builddbm. The message follows:

radius:/usr/local/etc/raddb# builddbm
Oct 15 15:49:06: Info: ready
Oct 15 15:49:06: Info: /usr/local/etc/raddb/users reloaded.
Oct 15 15:50:59: Error: can't open `/usr/local/etc/raddb/users': Not a
directory

        The users file exists. Im running configure with the following 
parameters
"--enable-yydebug --enable-pam --enable-dbm=dbm --enable-sql=mysql --enable-
snmp --enable-notify".
