[Help-gnu-radius] make install problem under suse linux

Hi,

I am using Suse Linux 7.2 and I tried to install gnu-radius-0.96.3.
But I encountered problems during the 'make' process.

The
# ./configure
went correctly (I supposed). But when launching
# make
the problems started.

Here are the details I found at the end of the logs:

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [raduse] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/root/gnu-radius-0.96.3/raduse'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/root/gnu-radius-0.96.3'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error2

Then nothing.

It was said to perform 'make check' in order to see if something was
going wrong. So, I typed
# make check
And obtain this, at the end:

make[1]: *** [raduse] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/root/gnu-radius-0.96.3/raduse'
make: *** [check-recursive] Error 1

Thinking naively that this could be just general warnings, I tried to
install it:
# make install
and obtain this at the end:

make[1]: *** [raduse] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/root/gnu-radius-0.96.3/raduse'
make: *** [check-recursive] Error 1

Help, please.

Is this problem particular to Suse Linux? Should I try to install gnu
radius under another linux version?
Or is it my PC (i586-pc-linux-gnu)?

Any suggestion are welcome.
