[Help-gnu-radius] problem on authentication with SQL

I want to use MySQL db for authentication,
but i meet a problem.

My users file :
DEFAULT Auth-Type = SQL,
        Simultaneous-Use = 1
        Service-Type = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP

When i run radauth , it gives the following:

May anyone tell me where is the problem?

One more question, it there any encryption with password??
