[Help-gnu-radius] start application after authentication

We would like to use gnuRadius for authentication and (if successful) launch a 
(java) application.
How can I achieve this? I suppose I need to adapt the "raddb/users" file and 
also the "attrib" table in the database.
Unfortunately I did not find a complete list of possible entries to the 
"users" file in the manual (just some examples).
