That's not with the port, but with the NAS. This warning means that
the NAS with 217.157.161.246 is not listed in your raddb/naslist.

This is a vendor-specific attribute. Its meaning depends on type
of your NAS, please refer to its documentation for more information.
If the vendor supplied a dictionary file, you can use it to translate
its VSAs to the human-readable form.
