Oooooh by the way, I just saw that INCLUDEDIR isn't created, too, with
the current install commands having the side effect that there is no
error but a regular file "include" in the destination.
Forgive me to provide no patch, I just have a few seconds time to write
this mail. The fix should be as simple as before.
