Runtime Error: cannot find entry point "CreateFileA" in DLL "WS2_32.DLL"

Hi,

while executing a c++ program calling Fortran routines I get the
following message:

Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "CreateFileA" wurde in der DLL "WS2_32.DLL"
nicht gefunden.

That means
cannot find entry point "CreateFileA" in DLL "WS2_32.DLL"

Here's my source:

These libraries are included (first is my own with Fortran modules)

I get no compiler or linker errors. The module ws2_32.lib has this size
and creation date:

ws2_32.lib 83KB 24.05.2005 21:40


What am I doing wrong?
