Please test gsasl 0.2.29 release candidate!

Hi!  Francis reported that mingw builds of 0.2.28 doesn't work, and I
could reproduce this, the problem was the GSASL_API stuff.  While fixing
this, I reworked the Visual Studio files somewhat (you don't need perl
installed, for example).  I'm ready to release 0.2.29, but would
appreciate if you could run your tests on a release candidate:

It builds fine with MinGW+Wine on debian, and using MSVS Express, on my
machine.

Of course, if you (or anyone else) have other comments on the archive
above, that would be appreciated.  I intend to release it soon.
