Thank you mafaraxas, but it's not a solution. I can fill only close curves:
t-->abs(cos(2*t)), abs(sin(2*t))
is an arc. 
I can deduce that, mathematically speaking, function fill colors only points
with respect to which the curve has odd rotation index. Is possible 
coloring  points with respect to which the curve has even rotation index
too?
