[Help-smalltalk] Compiling gst under cygwin 1.3.1

I get error while compiling gst 1.95.4 under cygwin.
./configure is ok

make generate error:

 gcc -Wl,--base-file,.libs/libtcp-1-95-4.dll-base -Wl,--dll -nostartfiles 

-Wl,-e,address@hidden -o .libs/libtcp-1-95-4.dll
.libs/libtcp-1-95-4.dll-ltdll.
