I'm not sure on this, so make a cdrw, not a cdr...
VCD has support for a pre-menu stream (i.e.: copyright trailer)
and then a menu.
However, there is no limit to the size fo the stream you use for either
sequence. Try making a VCD where the pre-menu, (or menu) is the actual
video stream you want to play.
I don't know how to do this with VCD Imager.
But if someone could enlighten me how to do menus with VCD Imager,
I'd be happy to reserve some space for it in my brane.
(I know how to do it with Adaptec CD Maker PRO, but I'm on this
list 'cause I'm sick of having to boot to Windows for this sort of
thing).

PS> While I think of it, The menus created by CD Maker do not work in
my dad's Phillips DVD player. FIIK why, but as soon as I removed them,
there was rejoycing throughout the land.
PPS> While I have a capative, VCD-knowledgeable audience, here's a more
obscure question: Sometimes in my VCDs (when played on my TV-Top DVD player)
I sometimes get little staticy pops & farts in the audio. AFAIK there is
no problem with the disk, my suspicion is that the audio/video is at an
incorrect bps (bandwidth) rate for VCD. I don't think it's a read error
or suchlike, but I'm open to suggestion.
