[VCDImager] **ERROR: mpeg scan: pack header code expected, but 0x000001b9 found (buflen = 2324)

I just tried to run vcdimager on a vcd MPEG that I made and got this output:

address@hidden movies]$ vcdimager vcd_out.mpg
   INFO: scanning mpeg track #0 for scanpoints...
**ERROR: mpeg scan: pack header code expected, but 0x000001b9 found (buflen = 
2324)

I made it using MJPEG tools using steps that are describe the same on several 
web pages so I am pretty sure they are valid options.  I can watch the .mpg 
just fine and it is the correct deminsions etc ...

Can anyone give me any help from here?
