Summary: Better EPOC integration

Initial Comment:
Two features could usefully be supported:

1. Screen zooming. See how eEmacs does it. Only needs support 
in the platform-specific back end.

2. Clipboard support. This needs platform-specific code outside 
the terminal back-end, which is a pity, but still not impossible. 
See how eEmacs does it.

Closing. EPOC support has been removed; eEmacs is better on EPOC.
