Hi all,

Attached is a new version of using_gnuhurd.texi.

New in this version,
* Fixed errors so that it correctly compiles to Info format
* New troubleshooting section
* A few other fix-ups and additions

If no one objects, I'd like to commit this to CVS.

Also, Matt and I havent' done any real work on the Reference Manual, so 
I'd like to remove the old using_the_hurd.texi from CVS - again, unless 
someone objects.
