[Hurdextras-commit] GNU/Hurd User's Guide

Hi all,

Matt and I have some changes to the user's guide that we'd like to get 
into CVS. These are in preparation for trying to get a link to the guide 
on the main Hurd documentation pages.

Summary of Changes:
* Changed title to "GNU/Hurd User's Guide"
* Many references to "the Hurd" changes to "GNU/Hurd"
* Many, many, grammatical fixes
* Inserted @file, @key, @code formatting statments where required.
* Added two new chapters: "Finding More Information" and "Helping 
Out"... I've got an idea of what I'll write for these, but for now 
they're just stubs.
* Added a Booting & GRUB section to the Troubleshooting chapter

Any objections to a commit of these changes?
