I am currently following your instructions, but can you tell me how to run the ez_setup.py file? I mean, what should I write in the bash terminal?
python ez_setup.py (I hope you have Python installed. As far as I remember, it comes bundled with OS X. If not, get it from here: http://homepages.cwi.nl/~jack/macpython/index.html ) -- T.
