I am using igraph to create communities in my graph. I have an undirected weighted graph. Each node is 'tag' (tag as we use in flickr to tag images). I want to plot my output in such a way that I can have all the clusters/communities visualized in the same window. And I also need to have my tags appear as nodes in the visualization. Can I have some suggestions to go about it? I am using ncol format to present my input to igraph.
