[igraph] Co-betweenness Vs edge_betweenness

Hi all,

I was wondering if the function edge_betweeneess computes the so colled
Co-betweeneess as defined by Kolaczyk et al (2007) in this article:

If not, can anyone suggest me which is the difference between the measure
provided by the function edge_betweeneess and the Co-betweeneess?
