Thanks for the swift reply.  Unfortunately it is the collection of all
minimal cut sets which I need.  Not to worry, I just wanted to avoid
reinventing the wheel if it had been done.  I am thinking I'll
implement Abel and Bicker 1982 ("Determination of All Minimal Cut-Sets
between a Vertex Pair in an Undirected Graph", IEEE Trans.
Reliability) or something similar.  If you know of another
particularly good algorithm which I should be using instead please let
me know!
