[igraph] shortest.paths problem

Hi,

I have run shortest.paths on the karate club data set from Igraphdata, and got a matrix that does not make sense, such as neighbours at distance 5 (between nodes 9 and 3 for example)

If anyone can repeat this to confirm and report the bug that would help.
