Hmm, dunno if it is what you want but, in the group/topic buffer
you can C-u RET on a group (and it will display *ALL* articles;
this is the same effect as if you set (display . all) in your
group parameter) or you can C-u <a number> RET to only show
<a number> articles for the group under the point.
