Do you specifically need to set nnimap-list-pattern? It looks like its
default value of "*" will find all groups. You can probably get away
without setting nnimap-server-port too.

If you press "^" from the group buffer, the resulting server buffer
should include an {nnimap:Work} line, and if you press RET on that, you
should see a list of groups that you can individually subscribe to with
'u'. "U" from the group buffer should probably work too, but as you've
described your configuration all of your mail groups will have names
like nnimap+Work:INBOX.

You also might want to add nnimap groups to gnus-auto-subscribed-groups,
on the off chance that you create new IMAP folders.
